01When we are called in
Something important has become fragile, and the team that owns it cannot risk touching it.

02How we work
Start
The first piece of work is measured in days: long enough to deliver something, short enough that not continuing carries no cost. Engagements extend from there.
Handover
Runbooks, decisions and their rationale, held in your repository. The engagement is measured by whether your team can change the result unaided.
Access
Your accounts and your controls, revoked when the engagement ends. No standing access to your systems is retained between engagements.
Reporting
An estimate that ceases to hold is reported in the week it changes. Cost is not renegotiated at the invoice.
